Silvana Giacobini

Silvana Giacobini, Roman by birth and Milanese by adoption she has been editor-in-chief of the women's magazine Gioia and the magazine Chi for which she created the project, and is currently editor-in-chief of the magazine Diva e donna which she created for Cairo Editore. She has also collaborated with various daily newspapers and conducted TV programmes for the RAI and for Mediaset. She is author of the novels La signora della città and Un bacio nel buio - Mondadori, 1994 and 1999, both of which were made into TV films; the portraits of famous people C e l e b r i t à - Mondadori, 2001; the novel Diana, l’ultimo addio published in instalments in Il Resto del Carlino, La Nazione and Il Giorno; and a collection of poems I fiori sul parabrezza - Rai-Eri, 2003.
